10 small potatoes
4 -5 quorn bacon
2 small onions
2 garlic cloves
125 g Cornish blue or stilton or cheddar if you no like the stinky
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon English mustard powder
2 tablespoons soft soft cheese
Peel the potatoes chop and boil till really soft, drain and put in a bowl. Chop the onions and bacon really small and add the garlic and fry in very little oil till soft. Add to the potatoes and mush together. Chop the cheese into small chunks and mix in as well. Add the paprika and mustard and cream cheese and mix together really well. Add salt and pepper and taste to see just how nomful this is!
Chill in the fridge, and when cool, shape into shapes and then fry till golden brown ! UPDATE!!!!!!!!! Tried to fry them but they turned into a soggy mush, a very tasty soggy mush We also deep fried some in a thick batter, totally nom, but oh the indigestion hehehehehe You have been warned ! Next time I’ll just fry them up like a corn beef hash and serve with salad!
